This photo is awesome, you wouldn’t catch me crossing the river that way. Do you think that will pass health and safety standards here in the UK?

I would have to be seriously loaded up with inflatables and blow up arm bands before even considering crossing the river. Even if I were wearing a life jacket I would have to think twice. I’ve spent some time around the Meekong River and event at times when it isn’t flooded I wouldn’t like to go swimming in it.
Na, I think it was photoshopped. Easier that way!
